At 37 weeks pregnant I decided to treat myself to their 'ultimate pregnancy massage'.  The experience was so relaxing and rejuvenating, exactly what I needed.  Got to choose my own scent for the massage and talk through any areas that needed attention. Thank you so much to Jess, I had my first good nights sleep in weeks following this massage. Really professional service, and felt safe and comfy on the bed.  Will be going back to enjoy more treatments after the pregnancy for sure x

I booked a massage with Jessica because I was feeling overwhelmed with life. Juggling work and childcare, I didn’t feel like I had a moment to myself to just be. The whole experience was wonderful    from beginning to end. The clinic space is absolutely stunning, you really feel you are walking into a 5* clinic and I can assure you this is the case. The attention to detail was second to none, Jessica was attentive throughout, finding out what was important for me to gain from the treatment, ensuring I was comfortable and offering refreshments before and after. It was honestly one of the best massages that I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few! I walked out of the Self-Care clinic feeling lighter and brighter, a weight had been lifted and I was ready to face another day. I’ve already booked my next massage! Thank you

I have been to the self care clinic a few times now for various treatments including an amazing hydra facial and eyelash tinting. I am so happy with the results. The clinic is so beautiful and relaxing and has a great friendly atmosphere. All the ladies are so lovely and knowledgeable, I will definitely be back for more! Thank you again!

Really lovely place, as soon as you step in you feel relaxed, lovely decor too. I had a massage treatment, it was great and loosened me right up. Will definitely be going back for future massages!

I have been to the self care clinic twice now and had a Hydrafacial both times. The clinic is very well presented with incredible scents throughout. The Hyrdafacial is the best facial treatment I have had. I would recommend the clinic to anyone looking to make themselves feel great.

What a little gem in the village! As soon as you walk in the door, there is a sense of calm and tranquility and it smells amazing! Easy booking system online. Fantastic lash tint! Would certainly recommend!

The Self Care Clinic is such a lovely salon, with such a professional and talented team! We’re so lucky to have this in Exminster. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
