Second Nature is not a diet or a rapid weight loss programme. It is a comprehensive approach to becoming healthier in all respects. I have just completed my first 12 weeks and have slowly noticed better skin, signifcantly better mood, zero cravings, stable energy levels and better sleep. Following the nutritional guidelines with helpful tweaks from my nutritionist I am also seeing steady weight loss. You can use any recipes but the recipes on the app are great. This approach is about encouraging progress not perfection so there is no falling off the wagon and guilt when real life happens. In today's world we all want quick results in one click but with a little time, patience and by making small changes to your life you will feel so much better. Even better than that is you will have just said goodbye to your last crazy diet. This is the lifestyle I have been looking for and I can't recommend this programme highly enough.
Second Nature has been my life saver! For the first time I feel more positive about what I am aiming to achieve! I joined to loose weight and to feel healthy in my body! I am now supported by an experienced coach, receive daily articles that are helping me to look more positively at myself and my eating habits. There are brilliant recipes and a great community that support me. I can only highly recommend Second Nature.
I recently joined the Second Nature programme. I find their advice and information very helpful and their technology scales which sync with my mobile phone absolutely amazing. They can see how much I weigh each morning and that helps to keep my weight loss on track. I am also consciously trying to eat more healthily, to sleep better and to exercise more. All good!!
I'm very disappointed! Basically paid €117 for articles that are available on the Internet, a recipe book very similar to Slimming World and a daily chat response from a personal coach! I totally understand the lifestyle change message but I expected more structure and support not just rehashed dieting rules like ' everyone plateau's and why don't you take your measurements as a motivator. I used the app for 5 weeks and gained and lost 1kg, no refund or partial refund available! The only good thing was the customer service. If second nature is so confident in its method they should offer pay monthly options. EDIT I did eventually get a partial refund.
Second nature successfully pushes me to reset my choices with regard to eating and exercise. Great cookery book with easy healthy meals. Electronic scales that sync to the app. Data driven way to understand what works. Monitoring weight and steps. Great mentoring from nutrition /lifestyle coach at my fingertips on the app. Learning from other participants on the program using the online chat. Thanks!
I have been involved with Second Nature for a few months now and am impressed with the service that they provide. I became involved on the advice of my doctor as I have a high blood sugar level that needs controlling. Using the information provided I have been able to modify my lifestyle and diet which has resulted in weight loss and hopefully a lowering of my blood sugar. All the information provided has been extremely useful and the contact with a mentor is an added bonus. I intend to continue with Second Nature for the foreseeable future.
The best of all! I've lost already 4kg with Second Nature and this is just beginning of my journey : app is great, many fantastic and delicious recipes. My coach is amazing, helping me with bad days and cheering me on every step. I'm grateful that I decided to join Second Nature
I enjoyed the Second Nature program so much that I have signed on again to help keep me motivated and on track. Having a daily article to read on healthy lifestyles and choices really helps. The recipes are amazing and easy to follow and having access to the group and health coach is both helpful and motivational.
Been doing the Second Nature plan for 3 weeks now & I thought I knew a lot about nutrition & how your diet affects your health, think again I cannot believe the amount of knowledge I am gaining from this & the added bonus is I have already lost 5.5lbs. The weight loss has become secondary, I sm so hungry for more information. Excellent support 1-1 & group chats. I would definitely recommend having a go for whatever reason.
I have tried many diets and failed in the past. Second Nature has really helped me shift my mindset and change some bad habits to have a healthy lifestyle. No major restrictions like some other crash diets that lose weight fast and than you put it back on. The Coach is great at giving advice and helping with negative thoughts and how to make them positive. Also some great recipes to try. Really useful to track what you eat and why you eat it. Second Nature has really helped me get back on track.
