OUT OF THIS WORLD !!!! This is the type of cafe you dream of finding while on holiday here in NZ. Possibly the best halloumi we’ve ever eaten in our lives and clearly locally / artisan made. The bacon was insane and so was the focaccia and the coffee. Good service and vibe inside. So good we won’t even bother trying anywhere else for the remainder of our stay here and will likely be disappointed for all cafe visits in the future after this place…
The best restaurant in Wanaka! We went for brunch twice, it’s so good.nnWe ordered the corned beef sandwich, hash with halloumi, cinnamon roll, chocolate chip cookie with sea salt, filtered coffee, and breakfast sandwich. We loved everything and would trust anything coming out of that kitchen. Staff is super friendly and lovely.nnIt can be busy and difficult to get a seat, but people are constantly coming in and leaving. It’s so worth it!
very busy and bustling cafe with a lively atmosphere. despite the crowd, service staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.nnthe eggs benedict was decent, though the rosti base threw me off a little as it’s quite different from the usual style of eggs bene…probably more of an acquired taste depending on your preference. the porridge was definitely unique and interesting, but the poached rhubarb was overly sweet for me.nnoverall, an average cafe experience and i’d still recommend stopping by if you’re visiting Wānaka.
Delicious breakfast. Savoury cheese scones, yummy. Same as chocolate croissant, all breaky was very tasty. Very nice atmosphere, highly recommend
Food was delicious and the service was lovely. Managed to grab a table without any wait. Highly recommend grabbing one of the pastries/cakes from the cabinet - the hazelnut chocolate croissant was one of the best pastries I've ever had. They also serve good matcha here as well.
