The unit we had was very nice. It's an older building but was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The lady who did check in and check out was nice too. It was walking distance to the supermarket, which was handy. Was quiet at night at well.

Excellent! Great big rooms, fantastic beds. Friendly, helpful welcome. Lots of unexpected extras which was lovely. Lots of parking. Really enjoyed the many sky channels. Loved the really comfy bar stools - was a nice change from the normal hotel chairs. Enjoyable shower. Have stayed in Greymouth many times but this place is a hidden gem. Absolutely worth a stay.

My sister and I found ourselves in a very bad situation at another motel which had been booked online a week or so prior to us checking in. We immediately found ourselves inntrouble after checking in and that resulted in me calling triple one. We were told by the lovely policewoman after she did a report on the male owner of this motel to get our bags and leave as quickly as possible. Kevin and Tina were able to help us out at very short notice! Thank you so very much Kevin and Tina for your kindness and caring after the extremely scary and distressing situation we found ourselves in and helping us at very short notice at a time when you were busy!The room was very clean, bright and well equipped! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Senicland Motels!!

Super Beyond expectation compare with the price great facilities,big room and layout of the room. Big bathroom with enough space for the stuff also the water temperature&pressure is perfect. Very recommend

Comfy sleep, clean and spacious room, good WiFi connectivity. Parking in front of the room. The only thing I wish it can improve is to fix the door lock, the door knob & lock seems fragile.nnService 5/5: Friendly host, quick and easy check in, free milk provided.nnLocation 5/5: by the main road and next to the supermarket, yet we don't feel it's noisy. Super convenient.
