We stayed 2 nights at the Scenic Hotel in Franz Josef. The room was ideal; spacious enough for a couple, clean, warm heater and the room is very nicely styled. The building is an older building but the linens, furniture and other fittings are contemporary. The location was perfect minutes to town and a range of restaurants.
Great view of the surrounding hills with clouds. Comfortable ground level room but higher level room would give a nice view. Breakfast was pretty decent and the lobby sit out by fireplace was relaxing after dinner. A nice place to stay for couple of nights, relax and be a part of the nature.
We had a fantastic stay at the Scenic Hotel Franz Hotel. Great customer service and would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely loved our stay! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Everything from the location, room, restaurant, service, all simply amazing.
