Great op shop helps out the less fortunate and has excellent selection of second hand and used items. Friendly staff.

Shop is good but the staff at both the Birkenhead and Glenfield branches can be very unfriendly and at times rude. Considering the women in question are paid staff I think more customer service training should be considered.
