Absolutely love this store and love the staff in here also! They are always so helpful and accomodating and they make it easy and enjoyable to wander around and look at everything - there seems to be a purchase that happens often too

This they fit more in this store than you’d expect by looking at it from the outside lol. Also on three separate recent visits here the staff have been incredibly accommodating and friendly. Pleasantly professional and helpful.

I have bought several couches, chairs and other furniture from nood over the years, mainly from the former Beaumont street branch. The only issue I have had was with their 3rd party delivery company. I once took delivery of damaged furniture as the delivery company had clearly had an accident with the item. A couple of emails later and the issue was resolved.

Lots of interesting furniture and fixtures in Nood. And at good prices especially during their sales. Skilled and friendly staff. Top notch store.

Awful experience where they lost my purchase after having hapilly agreed to store it. Took no responsibility for selling it to somebody else but instead had the cheek to question why it was stored for so long trying to make it look like it was my fault and using this as a reason to not offer any form of decent compensation for the mess. Really really poor form nood.

Went in to buy some cushions today, was served by Georgia, she was very helpful and professional.
