The lady behind the counter was rather quiet, she must work long hours as the hours open on the side of the trailer says from 4am. The coffee itself was inside of my keep cup container, and the large mocha, with almond milk, and not too hot order was quite nicely done. The dude behind me almost paid for mine, I probably shouldn't have said anything

Really poor.. long line as the Krispy Kreme is clearly not being seen as a place to buy coffee. After waiting in the long queue was told that they had run out of decaf.. how does a coffee outlet run out of decaf.. Is there a shortage of decaf in NZ at the moment or did you choose not to buy any more? Sorry guys I can’t recommend you

All Press Coffee at the airport? Amazing! Airport cafes always have average coffee, this is the best!

Poor service, no basic hello or thank you etc. They blast their music so loud you have to shout your order at them. Waited 30min for a “be back in 10min” sign, ordered a large Latte and regular cappuccino, they gave me a reg latte and large Cappuccino. Ordered a regular got a large, thanks for the upgrade i guess but large is too milky! Feels like i’m bothering them by ordering a coffee Expensive Airport coffees, only positive thing is the Allpress beans they use.

I work on airport and I always get a really nice coffee from you guys but today in morning around 4am I ordered 3 coffees 2 hot chocolates and 1 mocha. The coffee are are not really worth this time as in full large cup I got atleast 40 percent froth. Not happy with the coffee this time.

The customer service is really bad. I’ve bought coffees from here on different occasions with different staff on every time and it seems as if the culture at this place is the same, they don’t care about service . I’ve stood there more than 3mins with no one else in the line while the workers talked amongst themselves completely clueless to me waiting. When i Ordered a mocha, it ended up tasting like hot chocolate. You’re better off buying somewhere else .

Horrible rude service . If this was my business , I would be firing the staff . Must be a sign of the lack of hospitality staff.

Funky little coffee cart in an airstream trailer. Makes a solid brew and I like that they offer cream. Expect airport prices.

Bitter coffee.. Took it back got another same. Bitterness stayed on my palate for at least fifteen minutes. Much better at.. Wait for it! Novotel across the road. Worried new arrivals to NZ will order this coffee and get a bad first impression of nz coffee which is awesome. Used to be ok have they changed coffee or is it the barista??

Very Slow Service. Waited 20min More For A Takeaway Coffee.when Asked Noone Is Willing To Talk. Then Told To Wait For Another 5min. When Asked Refund, The Coffee "Magically" Appeared Next Second.would Not Recommond To Anyone For This Kind Of Service.
