I went to the outlet shop at Dress smart. I was looking for a 2 piece suit for wedding party. An older gentelman was on the customer service who suggetsed a couple of suits, after recognizing my size and knowing colors I was after. One of the them matches my criteria. Amazing service, and the gentelman was very polite and knowledgeable. Whole transcation took 15 minutes. Thank you.

5/5 stars for the Fantastic service I received this afternoon by a very welcoming well dressed older gentleman. Not the kind of store I would normally shop in, only because the clothes look high end and unaffordable. However I was pleasantly surprised, alot of quality mens suits, blazers jeans etc at discounted prices and a good range of sizes for big guys like myself. I now know where to come to next time. A week ago my girlfriend and I came into the store to find a suit for my mother's wedding. We were greeted by Tom, a well-dressed and charming man. He was attentive and asked lots of questions about my needs. He picked out several options of suit and helped me understand how to find a fit that was right for me. Not only was the quality and price better than every other competitor near by, but the suit really suited my needs. He lent me everything I needed to complete the suit in store so I could pick correctly. His confidence and depth of knowledge was amazing. In the end, my girlfriend even asked his advice on picking her dress for the wedding. She has repeadtly said that Tom was the best retail personality she has ever met, and I really agree with her. Service was second to none. Five stars.

I went to this store last Saturday to try to replace The Blazer I bought a week ago because I was such in a hurry at that time so I wasn’t able to fit it well and only noticed when I got home that the arm area is a bit loose so I’ve decided to go to this store although it wasn’t the store where I originally purchased the item so to cut the story short I approached this guy nicely and with respect and he was so rude and unprofessional, I wasn’t finished explaining my side, he interrupted me but the other guy an Asian guy he was so helpful he even approached me an asked if I needed help and I told him everything and I was so impressed he really did a good job on the customer service aspect but the other guy needs to learn some manners when dealing with customers otherwise they will lose their loyal customers..The Asian guy I salute you bro for doing a good job keep it up!!!

Terrible customer service ever ! The staff need to understand Everyone has different body shape and help customers to find suits which they want and fit, not judging and complaining how customers body look like just in front of them. So rude and arrogant. Need to be trained again.

Nice clothes but we bought a suit for my husband, paid for alterations and they didn't make it right. They gave us the suit 1 day before travelling and it was a mess. Never buying there again.
