Good friendly service!  It was explained to me that they might not be able to remove the stain from the pants I wanted cleaned and I was fine with that since it was a very old stain.  As it turns out the stain did not come out. Since they explained this to me beforehand I was okay paying for the service but it would have been nice with a little discount.

Great customer service and professionalism!  I had two designer pieces of clothing dry cleaned by Regal and one came back to me perfectly and the other was returned with marks that were not present prior to drop off and some stitching had come undone.  This was disappointing but both the extra efforts to repair my garment and save me any further inconvenience were exceptional and my garment now looks better than ever.  None of us are perfect but we can make perfect amends and Regal went above and beyond on this occasion. A very big thank you to Holly and her team. It's a roll of the dice anytime you send anything to get dry cleaned or altered. For this reason, I don't mind paying a little more for the peace of mind that my items are being handled with care.  If you invest in high quality clothes, it's logical to want to care for them. I've been taking all my high end pieces to Regal Dry Cleaners since 2017. They've always done an excellent job at removing stubborn stains from delicate material like silk. They've always had timely communication and excellent service. I've only had 1 mishap occur in the 5 years I have been a customer, but they took the instance to really shine and made things right. I can confidently recommend this dry cleaner. Been using for the past 5 years. Wonderful experience every time. From my regular dry cleaning pickup/ drop off, to my wedding dress repair and clean. Staff from all departments are a delight. Appropriate pricing. Care is very evident in every item returned to me.  Many times a loose button or tiny beginnings of a hole they fix on the house. So considerate. Thank you.

First time customer && I do not want to go  back to my local.  Service delivery is of high standard, communication is impeccable. Picked up ny husbands suit, he’s wore it a few times and I’m yet to iron it.  If I knew they can do alterations, I would have brought my wedding dress to be altered here. I dropped off a winter jacket for drycleaning and upon pick up found the jacket to have shrunk sizes.  I contacted Regal with my issue, they promptly investigated the matter directly with the manufacturer of the jacket in question and offered a quick resolution which was more than adequate. Highly recommended Regal Drycleaners. Their website for booking is very easy to use. Pick up and drop off was seamless. My garments have been drycleaned very well. Any garments that were particularly difficult they left a note stating that further cleaning would make no difference though I thought they did a fabulous job anyway.
