Cannot recommend Suman and Green Box Dry Cleaners highly enough! The turnaround time was Friday drop off to Monday collection for my wedding dress. Elsewhere we were quoted prices from $400+ and estimated cleaning times between 10-12 weeks! Suman is fantastic at what he does and provides excellent customer care. I used Greenbox dry cleaners for 2 services with my wedding dress. I had my wedding dress pressed the day before my wedding. Suman really took care with my dress and made it look amazing for my big day. The pressing process was explained to me and he ensured it looked beautiful before I picked it up. I had my wedding photos on the beach and it rained a lot - there was sand and mud on my dress but Suman again provided an amazing service and made my dress look brand new! Suman is incredibly talented, hard working and passionate about what he does. I bought a delicate lace wedding dress secondhand that had been sitting in a box for months and had several brown stains. I went in hoping to make them less obvious but was absolutely delighted when Suman made my dress almost like new! Hands down the best dry cleaners in Auckland! My outfits are made of very intricate fabric that other dry cleaners have said they could not confidently clean. Green Box not only provided me with great reassurance but also delivered the best outcome. Garments looks as good as new. 10/10 service. It's nerve wracking handing over your wedding dress for a dry clean but I'm so glad I gave my dress to Suman. I had a red wine stain down the front and the bottom/trail was dirty from wet grass and mud. My dress now looks sparkling new! Suman is super friendly and very fair on pricing compared to the other places I was quoted which were far higher as they claimed fully embellished dresses like mine were a pain to dry clean. You can tell he really cares about what he does. I 100% recommend Green Box and will go back when I need expensive garments drycleaned. Thank you Suman!!
Green Box Dry Cleaners did a great job for my suit and tie. Their workmanship is very professional. The man and lady who served me are very nice people and easy to talk with. Their prices are quite reasonable for their service as well. Would definitely come back again next time.
Highly recommended this place. Have been looking for a good quality dry cleaners in Auckland and have now found one. Great friendly customer service, place was clean and tidy. They took great care with our suits with an amazing professional dry clean. Also no harsh Chemical smell!
It’s high time we wrote to praise Green box where we’ve been taking are garments for cleaning now for a number of years. I picked something up today which was a difficult clean and had been done perfectly, and thought that I should say something after all this time.The quality of cleaning, pressing and folding is always perfect and no mark or stain is too hard. Over the years we have had some bad splotches and they have always been perfectly removed. Service is courteous and friendly and costs are quite reasonable and we would strongly recommend Green Box fox high quality garment care. Stan & Doreen Epsom
