Ordered online for a store pick up. Told us one of our order is missing in the store and they'll just let us know when it arrives. Heard nothing the past 2 weeks and when we dropped by they told us it was missing in the sorting centre. Not to mention they are very hostile to us even those in their customer service hotline. When we called, after a day trying to cancel the missing order, I was told that the store already tagged our order as completed and fully claimed. Just wow! Worst experience in online shopping. Even Temu's customer service is far better than your store.nThis is not even the first time it happened. Had to cancel another order from last year because it never arrived in the store for over 2 months. It was missing in the sorting centre and was never found.
Found three pairs of shoes I liked on display, but none were in store, and when I asked if any were in store just told if nothing there that they had nonenI felt and heard other people say It looked like customers were bothering staff
We visited this place several times to get the sporting items we wanted.nnWe bought items on the spot and also tried click and collect. Both are no hassles.nnWe got the shoes, hoodies and training pants. They also have sales on many items.nnStaff are helpful although there are not many.nnThe parking lot is spacious and it has specific spots fro disabled. The store is disability friendly as well.
Your salesperson Ruth went beyond what I expected and created a very satisfied customer who will return because of this. She spent over 15 minutes searching out the back gor a Liverpool jersey for me, something my son had been crying out for....thank you so much
Very disappointed in the ADIDAS Track Suit I bought from REBEL PETONE . I'd only had it like about a fortnight & I noticed the tops of the legs seemed to have faded from a deep black to like a purple kind of brown . I ride a motorcycle & they definitely faded in the sun before they even had their first wash . Since then the material has developed a rough texture like small clumps kind of like little balls . I should of taken them back as soon as I noticed as now I've lost the receipt & I've had them a few months . Any one else struck a bad batch of ADIDAS material ?
