Camilla, our Open Water Instructor at Dive HQ Dive Center Wellington, was absolutely fantastic! She was patient, kind, and maintained the perfect balance between seriousness and fun. There was never any pressure to meet requirements immediately—she guided us with great communication and a deep understanding of divers' concerns, both in the pool and the ocean. The entire experience was enjoyable and confidence-boosting. Dive HQ Wellington was also a great dive center, making the whole learning process even better. Highly recommend both Camilla and Dive HQ!
Completed my open water with Dive HQ. Tyla made me feel safe and at ease in the water. Adjusting my gear when I felt unbalanced, going over skills 1 on 1 when I needed and even bringing me a hot water bottle post dive. Got to try out gear from the shop before committing to buying anything and picked a few things up at a really reasonable price!
It was an awesome experience! I don't think I would have it any other way. All good teachings and easy learning, making the dive more safe and fun!!!
