My daughter didn’t want to go here and way before daughter scheduled to do her transition visits we raised concerns to their centre to cancel. They couldn’t care less but read fine print to you while they rob you of the advance first week fees of about 2 and half hundy. I would agree admin fees but 3 digits? They even wanted to charge more. They will drop you an email liner of pay a week advance now to secure your spot. Never have been treated and robbed by a daycare in nz for any of my kids in the past dacade we moved to New Zealand - until RealKids. Previously, one of the kids had to cancel too and their daycare even had less time notifying cancellation - they still refund us. There was admin fee no more than 3 digits. Theres heaps of kids in Hobsonville point and mostly on few year waitlist. Shocking for an opportunistic care centre like this. I would steer clear unless 3 digit fees would be change for your pockets
