BestStart Beach Haven

We have only great things to say about our experience. I have a toddler and a preschooler attending to this centre. My toddler has settled in well and quicker than I expected. I could tell that he trusts his teachers well. With my preschooler, it is great that the teachers in preschool love to share moments with my child, like achievements, activities and fun times. My preschooler looks to be engaged in all the activities which I think teaches him to be initiative which is a great skill at life.nnLilien and the team has been amazing and friendly to talk to. All of them has stories to share every time we pick up the kids which we appreciate. In addition to it all, the facilities are exceptional and exquisite. Me and my husband love this place and so does our children. I am grateful for the extended hours they offer as they are open between 7:30 AM to 6 PM which helps people who has 9-5PM jobs like me and my husband. We love the way that it feels home away from home :nnKeep up the good work Best Start Beach Haven team!

Our son started at Best Start Beach Haven at 7 months old and is about to turn 2, we were hesitant to put him into care so early but Lillian and the team of teachers put us at ease they have have been amazing! He loves his time there and is learning constantly. Effort is regularly put in to make sure they're aligned to our desired learning outcomes, sleep schedule and weaning they also make suggestions to help us along the way. The space is new and clean and bright. Teachers will greet us every morning to make drop off as easy as possible and give us a full run down on his day at pick up. They also have regular community events to bring parents into the classroom. Storypark is updated regularly with pictures from their activities as well as updates what they're learning or showing an interest in. Kids are hard, ECE is demanding and difficult and I think the team there all do a great job.

Our little guy loves his daycare days. He can't wait to get out of the house in the morning to go to daycare and see his teachers and friends.

Our daughter is very happy at BestStart. It was a difficult transition for her moving countries and the warm, loving, fun atmosphere has definitely made it easier to settle back into school life and routine. Teacher Kenna is brilliant with the kids and makes us feel so relaxed at drop offs. There is so much for the kids to do and play with and explore. The facilities are top notch and Brooke, the Centre Administrator, has been there each step of the way to help with all queries and documentation. You will always be welcomed with a warm, friendly smile from all. Lillian and team are doing a great job!

It's an amazing place for children. Staff and teacher's are professional and friendly. Teacher's and assistant are patient and speak kindly with children,and are very communicative with parents. I saw big improvement with my son especially he have a speech delay,they are able to communicate and understand him.We love knowing our son is being loved as their own.
