This is such an easy quick walk. The waterfalls still look as beautiful as they did many years ago, it's so weird going now and not seeing anyone swimming there. Would recommend going if you want to reconnect with nature.
It is located in the city. Nice park around where you can have picnic . Great walk. I loved it so much. A bit difficult to go down to the pool but not impossible.
Nice short walk in the middle of the city. Yupz, this park is right in the city.nOnce you start walk you will find a beautiful nice waterfall..nA bit slippery during wet season, so need a proper shoes.nBut over all, this waterfall and bush walk is really recommended..
Lovely place to have a quick walk. You can go down the waterfall but it is a little bit dangerous. There's no fee to go into the valley.
Great short walk plus great swimming holes at top of the falls,also you can jump into pool at bottom of falls,water much cleaner than whangarei falls
