Quest Mt Maunganui

We were here for 4 nights and loved it! It’s near great restaurants and cafes and there’s a super nice sidewalk along the beach for a run! We really appreciated the washer/dryer and the soap provided was an unexpected treat. The hotel is very modern and spotless. We parked our car across the street for free. You could pay $15 to park in their lot. It didn’t seem any more secure than the free spots across the street, though.

We had such a great stay at Quest. The building is beautiful, modern, cleanliness exceptional. All of the staff were friendly, approachable, and easy to deal with from start to finish. The location honestly couldn’t have been more convenient for us while attending an event at Bay Oval, with everything else we needed close by as well. Could not fault a thing - We’ll definitely be back.

Very comfortable apartment style rooms. Fridge, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, pots and pans and utensils. Very clean and well appointed. Quality soaps etc provided.nnSome general HK tips for management. Ideally when staff on breaks don't park HK trolly opposite AC as its a struggle for guests with luggage in reduced gap.nnUnderstand staff costs but training HK exec on PMS would enable FDeck to be manned during breaks. The sign advising desk unattended as staff assisting another guest is an excuse especially when HK staff openly advise they have gone on break.nnFor security when staff on break don't leave room list on trolly especially with some staff comments viewable by all.nnShower dispensers are very tough to push but that would be a product design.nnBut great rooms and comfortable, great location and parking available at $15 a night.nnJust the break periods prohibited a 5 and that is because its just supervision and GM could easily remedy.

Absolutely loved our stay there. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying with Quest. Very clean. Having a washer and dryer in the room is an extra bonus. Thank you
