Built in 1867 Queensberry Inn was a stopover for travellers between Cromwell and Wanaka, and in 1904 the illustrious Governor General of New Zealand stayed there. As a licensed Inn it closed its doors in 1930. Apart from the owners residence the stables and cottage are all that remain of the original buildings. restored and moderized in 1994 Queensberry Inn now offers a comfortable and unique style of accomodation to suit many.
