This specialty bed and breakfast is 2 minutes drive from the centre of Cromwell and 2 mins walk to Lake Dunstan.

Story

Central to Queenstown and Wanaka - with stunning views of the Mount Pisa Range, this house is situated on a large private section and offers guests the use of an outdoor spa and swimming pool. Private off-street parking and free WIFI is available.

Firewood Creek House provides a relaxed atmosphere and guests are encouraged to make themselves at home.

Cromwell is perfectly located (45mins) between Queenstown and Wanaka, making it ideal for those wishing to explore all of what Central Otago has to offer.

Guest are welcome to enjoy the outdoor entertainment area and BBQ, as well as wander around the large gardens. A quick 2 minute walk to Lake Dunstan is easy to access from the front of the property.

Cromwell is a renowned wine growing region and a must for any wine enthusiast with a good selection of vineyards and cellar doors to choose from. In the summer months, it also produces a wide selection of stone fruits and cherries and when available these local produce are provided to our guests as part of our breakfast menu

Stopped here for a relaxing couple of days on a two month tour of NZ. Great place to stop if travelling down to Milford or up to Mount Cook village. Large comfortable room, great breakfast . Quiet area with ample parking.

A beautiful place to stay in an amazing part of NZ. We had the junior suite which was like a home away from home. Nothing was too much trouble, the breakfasts were lovely and the hosts were wonderful. We wish we could have stayed longer and highly recommend this B and B. The most relaxing place we have stayed in.
Fabulous place to stay, from the moment the car drove in Kitty was there with a friendly warm welcome. Nothing was to much trouble for the guests. I loved Firewood Creek House and I wouldn't hesitate to drop by for another stay and oh that bed. Elizabeth D Wellington New Zealand
Excellent accomodation and host
Really great place the host is very friendly really enjoyed our 3 nights here and looking forward to coming back in the near future. Highly recommended
Very pleasant and helpful lady breakfast was great recommend people go there, the cute wee dog made us feel at home having dogs gave a homely feeling .
