We have been staying in this motel twice a year since the day it opened many years ago. The service and environment was always A +. You literally felt like you were visiting friends. It recently changed hands. The first change was they no longer serve breakfast. Huge help when you're on a schedule but we dealt with that; no problem. The second day we woke up with no hot water and we were reduced to cold showers to be on time for our meeting. Check in was unfriendly and check out was worse. No one in reception and a note "leave your key at desk" The personal touches and friendly environment just aren't there anymore. We're heartbroken, feeling like we've lost an old friend. We'll have to find a new place for our twice yearly stays in Hamilton. Not recommending to our friends anymore.
Room was nice. They need to update the Guest Information book. Said Hot or Continental breakfast can be arranged if ordered before 9pm. Rang at 830pm as we were a late arrival to be told that we had to have phoned by 8pm and only Continental would have been available!! And we all know in NZ that only consists o bang average Cereal, toast and juice. Or maybe they just couldn't be bothered!!
Stayed here 3 times now. It’s my go to motel in Hamilton. Lovely rooms , friendly staff. The room with the Spa bath is excellent. Can’t fault it. Really comfortable beds. Rooms: 5/5
Fantastic motel. Our room was excellent, even though we arrived late everything was all ready and waiting for us. The spa bath was very much appreciated! Very enjoyable stay, thanks so much for our experience, we will certainly be back.
The kids absolutely loved Quantum lodge because of the spa and swimming pool. The adults loved it because it really made us feel like home away from home. We stayed at the 2 bedrooms unit. Both bedrooms were huge and beds were really comfortable. I also liked the fact that we had 2 bathrooms so we didn’t have to fight for using the toilets and etc. We also enjoyed the cooked breakfast and continental breakfast. Simple meals but very nicely presented to us. We would definitely recommend this lodge to families and friends.
Very clean apartment Staff were very accommodating The kitchen had everything Washing machine & drier available at very cheap cost Spa & pool was great !! Bed and linen was so comfy & soft Loved the cleanliness Was such a pleasurable stay , thank you xx
We have absolutely loved our stay at the Quantum Lodge. The rooms a very clean, well serviced daily and the room was modern. The facilities are well kept and also very clean. The spa pool and swimming pool were a hit with the family also. Added bonus is that it was a stroll to the supermarket and other shops. We will definitely be back to stay next time we are in Hamilton.
Matthew and his wonderful team bent over backwards to help us through a very trying time for our family. We cannot express how grateful we are. The motel is wonderful and beautifully kept.Rooms: 5/5
The Quantum Motor Lodge is a Jewel in the heart of Hamilton. It is an excellent getaway great for relaxation with a tremendous atmosphere. The owners are amazing and must have passed the same can do culture to their staff. I took my wife for a birthday retreat and we so thoroughly enjoyed our stay that we returned for my birthday the next fortnight. They have a beautiful breakfast and the standards stay the same, impeccable. We'll definitely be back for another romantic getaway with my wife. I highly recommend this establishment.
