Hamilton accommodation is available at Atrium On Ulster, one of Hamilton’s newest motel, accommodation and conference facilities. Qualmark rated 4* Plus and awarded Trip Advisor Certifcate of Excellence 2013.

Our rooms offer modern, spacious, warm and quiet accommodation. Many have heat pump / air con and all have lovely comfortable beds, great showers, LCD TV’s and free broadband.

We have a range of facilities includinga gym available for use within our accommodation. Our spacious, air conditioned conference/meeting room is equipped with digital overhead projector, white board, internet access and can accommodate up to 40 people. We are happy to cater conference lunches, morning and afternoon teas.

This is a lovely motel, clean, tidy and very well set-up for families, with two separate bedrooms. So, even though it was only my hubby and I this trip, I would definitely return with the whole whanau. The host, Mashiur, was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!Rooms: 5/5
Thankful to find a motel that has not succumbed to emergency housing. Although Ulster Street looks like skid row now , I was fortunate to find this gem of a place amongst the riff raff. The Atrium is well maintained and comfortable and the cleaning staff do an impeccable job. My room was upstairs with a ranch slider out to a mini balcony. The room was tastefully decorated and the bed was comfortable. The shower had awesome water pressure. Staff were friendly and efficient. Thank you for a pleasant 3 night stay. Nearby activities: Shopping and the Waikato river walks Walkability: 5 minute walk to city centre
Both the couch and one seater were broken, mold on the curtains, black mold on the shower tiles. The bed lifted the rating. A friend was in a separate 2bedroom with her family. There was mold on their curtains. Definitely did not reflect the hefty room cost and do not recommend.Rooms: 1/5

Very clean and tidy rooms. Very accommodating...our booked family room had water and air conditioning issues therefore were changed to two individual rooms next door to each other at no extra cost to us. We would recommend this place and return here again. Thank you for being understanding and supportive. Rooms: Clean and tidy with wheelchair access. Bathroom spacious. Kitchenette. A very nice filter coffee provided with other normal teas, coffee and hot chocolate. Herbal fruit teas not provided. Walkability: Within walking distance of Pak n Save..one and a half blocks away.
Booked online easy. Checked in a week later, got the key and was just left to our own devices. Easy parking right outside room, found it safe, comfortable and quiet. Would definitely go back. Sky TV, 50g wifi vouchers.
After a long night at the hospital and getting discharged at noon, the owner let us check in early and get some much needed sleep. Walked into a VERY clean room, ordered Uber Eats and went to sleep in a quiet, air conditioned bedroom. Well apportioned and well kept up. Thanks for the great experience.Rooms: 5/5
we had a double bedroom and another bedroom. Ideally place was booked for a family. The rooms were nice size and the beds were okay. For a four people accommodation the apartment only had one small hard couch to sit on. Its was so uncomfortable that we sat on the floor instead. What a disaster. We could hear water dripping outside the room as well. I really wont recommend this place to anyone.
