Lovely clean well appointed studio room. The wonderfully comfortable arm chairs were just the thing for a recent hospital patient and there is a little patio to sit on that gets afternoon sun. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. My only concern was the shower floor that was extra slippery!
Fantastic hosts and fantastic rooms. The owners are lovely and accommodated our need for short notice room extensions with no fuss and heart felt understanding. The rooms and facilities are spotlessly clean, and the beds were super comfortable. I would highly recommend BKs to anyone wanting a short or long term stay.
Great place to stay. Really enjoyed my time there. Very clean and comfortable. Close to everywhere we needed to go. Will definitely stay there again if we go back to Hamilton.

An Excellent experience. The hosts were very welcoming, The rooms were large, very clean and smelt lovely. I especially liked the lazy boy chairs for evening comfort. Would defiantly stay again.
Great place to stay, very comfortable and the hosts are so lovely. We paid extra for the cooked breakfast that was delivered to our room and was delicious. Would recommend.
