When you dine in our Nikau by the pool restaurant, not only can you enjoy our very fine cuisine in our intimate restaurant but in the wonderful warm Marlborough evenings you can dine outdoors along side our romantically lit pool. The Poolside Bistro is also open to the public.

Our menus change with the seasons and menus can be arranged for special functions.
You do not need to be staying in the hotel to enjoy our fine cuisine. Simply ring our restaurant to make a booking. Private functions can also be catered for.
