Same experience with Receptionist.
Getting on appointment is hard. Next day appointment is not good enough. Not sick tomorrow, sick now. If it is urgent go to the emergency. It used to be good but not anymore. Also opening times are from 8 am. It might be a while before the answer machine service is taken off.
Doctors good and friendly but why is it always hard to get through when I try calling?
Amazing and helpful staff. Offered to help look after my son while I was seen by the doctor. The doctors are great.
Disappointing that you use technology instead of wanting to engage with your clients and remove all options
