I've been with pukekohe family health for quite a few years and find them really good Great doctors and nursing staff easy handling of prescriptions etc Yes you have to wait sometimes but that's the case for any professional you visit in a busy world
I'm impressed with little feet clinic, the nurse really took her time checking on my daughter. Over all very happy also receptionist was friendly. Well done guys
Terrible service. Virtually impossible to get through to reception, always waiting at least 30 minutes to just get hold of them just to be told you cant have an appointment on the same day??Not sure what the actual point of doctors are when you cant see them on the day that you are sick? Definitely wont recommend them to anyone.

Been family Doctors since I was a child. Appointments have never run on time, ever! I’m still currently waiting to be seen 17 minutes over the scheduled time and still waiting...
Never ever can get an appointment in a right and needing time always should waits long, 2 to 3 days even to see a GP
Reception just awful. Just use the machine if you can when you arrive. Better experience. Also suggest you use Google for medical advice, its much better than you get from here.
