Amazing service from ling. This was my third time getting my lashes done here, very affordable and the service was great. She makes you feel welcome and the lashes last a very long time with good quality glue. 10/10 would recommend this place for all.

Very dirty place. One of the girls working there took her mask off to cough without covering her mouth. She also was constantly on her phone while dealing with customers at the desk. Did not see any equipment being sterilised. UV machine was so dirty I felt like I was going to catch something in here. Nails look absolutely terrible too, one nail is covered in dust and no shine and the others haven’t even reached the edge of my nail. Will not be going back!Service: Manicure

Horrible experience, lady did not know what a stiletto nail was, it looks like a have blunt triangles on my finger tips, acrylics are lumpy and dented all over, I asked for sns gels with gel polish, they gave me acrylics and wouldn't listen when I tried to explain it was wrong. Lady doing my nails didn't know what a matte top coat was. Overall not worth the $65 spent I'd go back and complain but I'd rather just get them redone somewhere worth while

I got my legs waxed here, it was 60 dollars for full legs which is a higher cost compared to other salons. They took me to a very dirty back room, staff isn't to friendly and I felt a bit rushed through my time there with the waxing job. Usually get pedicures and it’s not too bad, pretty basic experience. But I went to get gels removed from my nails and get my nails shaped. The lady just filed all of the gel off instead of soaking it off, but she filed a lot of my actual nails with it leaving them thin, weak and brittle until they grow out. Would not recommend, she didn’t seem to know what she was doing.

I would have given zero stars if I could. I came in on Christmas Eve with a gift voucher my mum bought me. I showed the owner my voucher and she told me they were fully booked until after Christmas so I walked away. It dawned on me then that she might actually not be telling the truth and only really wanted money bearing in mind they have already been paid in advance So I decided to ring to enquire. lo and behold she responded ‘yes, come in at any time! Back I went. I said ‘I’ve come for a pedicure’ this time I hid my gift voucher She said ‘sure no problem’- asked for payment, to which I responded. ‘ I have a voucher and you turned me away ten minutes ago. She tutted!!! Unluckily for her i outwitted her and got my pedicure. I will not be returning Deceitful, dishonest, unethical and unprofessional! Absolutely no way to run a business.Service: Pedicure

I had a tiny bit of gel left on my nails - they buffed them down so much my nail started bleeding and I can’t touch anything without shooting pains. Simple ‘sorry’ but still made me pay. I’ve never felt so much pain in my nails!Services: Pedicure

Firstly I would like to say it was a different experience. The staff were incredibly rude, and it felt like they were laughing in their own language behind me and my friends backs. There equipment was very dirty and gross. Multiple times the lady cut into my skin with the cuticle cutter and my fingers are very red and hot. Do not recommend also very overpriced. In the end it did turn out OK*

I had my nails done on Thursday 3rd of November, Not even 3 hours after I have them done the first one chipped and I went back there to get it redone, the lady who done them didn’t say anything and was so rude.. , today is the 6th and three of my nails have crack on them and started to peel off. Such a waste of money and time…if you want a quality work that last don’t go there!Service: Manicure

I really should've taken the 2 mins to check these bad reviews because wow, not a single lie. Do not recommend this place at all. The place was unhygienic and the staff were extremely rude. Dust and grime everywhere. They'd ask you a question and when you answered, they'd snicker and speak to their coworker in a condescending tone and laugh. I don't understand their language and there's nothing wrong with doing so but how obvious it is that they're speaking about you is genuinely crazy. The other people in the salon were visibly uncomfortable as well. The woman who did my nails put the fan on my hands and left. She didn't say anything, she just got up, went outside on her phone and then was gone. After waiting for a long time I approached the other staff and asked where she went, they didn't know either. I walked out bare foot, I had walked in on impulse so I didn't have any jandals so that's all me but it was really humiliating having to try and track her down to see if I could leave yet. Worst experience ever and I really hope no one else has to go through that.Services: Pedicure
