What a wonderful experience. Easy to access, I.e. no fighting traffic in the city, and good parking. Very pleasant staff and the food was just wonderful. Best calamari for a long time, perfectly cooked. Also, the veal was awesome. We were a group of four and we all enjoyed the night. Definitely going onto my special list.Food: 5/5

The prices online from their website and actual takeaway prices are different by $3-4 each meal. I’ve paid the difference because hospitality were in struggle for a past couple of years, however, I would think you should’ve waved it. Because the prices direct from you website. Please update the website before you get more upset customers ‍ The food is nice,However every time we order, it could’ve been saltier every time using salt on top . I’ve seen this comment been mention before too, could be good if do some investigating around that Thanks

Nice meal but unimpressed with extra charges. We had to ask for some parmesan cheese for our pasta & then they charged us extra on the bill. Very poor. The waitress looked like it was the last place she wanted to be, so not great service.

My favourite portafino and my favourite dish was ruined tonight. So disappointed Always get the same Heineken and tortellini ala panna however the mince parcels as stated in the menu turned out to be something completely different the waitress said oh ricotta and spinach probably but thats not what I ordered. No one seemed to care, I left 3/4 behind cutting around the tortellini, eating the bacon and mushrooms. They could have told me they didn't have the right ingredients and I would have ordered something else or left leaving their reviews intact. Parking: Wasn't busy, so plenty of parking on the street.

It's my local go to restaurant! Love the food, tap beer and wine. Has a kids menu which is great and value for money plus have colouring books and pens to keep them entertained. Never get bored of the food as you can select a different dish each time they are all good. I love the pizza and garlic pizza bread to.

I liked the variety and quantity of seasonal vegetables as a side. The vegetables were excellent. However, for the main i ordered was the lasagna and i would not recommend it. It was horrible. It was mainly cheese and sauce with a bit of pasta. I looked to find the mince but could hardly see any or taste any yet it was described as having mince in it. The lasagna was rather like tomato cheese soup than like an actual traditional lasagna. I would have made a complaint but i was with my parents and i didn't want to cause any drama. If you come here with other people don't order the lasagna it is the worst ever and my view is consistent with other people's who have left reviews.

The last three times I have visited, the manager has asked if we had a booking which we didn't even though there was only one other party there at the time, and other parties who arrived after us were not asked if they had a booking. We both ordered a drink, but only mine arrived, and my starter arrived as we were finishing our mains and ready to leave. The food there is quite good, which is why we've gone back again, but the service we've been receiving is making us question if we should find somewhere else.
