This company did everything they promised. Quality vehicle, great price. Had a relocation from Adelaide to Melbourne No worries at all.

Had to cancel a booking because of Covid-19. "Booking fee" not refundable. Cannot get in contact with anyone there after leaving multiple messages and emails. Still waiting for contact

Used these guys for last minute booking in Melbourne from airport to CBD and I found the website easy to use and was also helped by the live chat customer service rep. Highly recommended

Bad experience. Rented car for week. Drive now quoted $AUD659.81 Budget charged us $AUD 955.82. When questioned they said had been charged extra day got a refund of $AUD 86.05. No more answers given. Don't use them they obviously don't have a relationship with budget to give the price quoted.
