I went yesterday to pick up my pizzas from the store. I waited there almost 40 minutes. I am regular customer of this store but this time not happy with the food. Pizzas were burnt. I don’t mind the wait as long as food is good. Almost like No toppings on the pizza and way too much sweet chilli sauce.
AJ was great!nMeanwhile I was waiting for my order I witnessed he was greeting every single customer with smile and respect and a lot of patient. He crossed checked all orders and was so nice to staff and customers. Surely an asset to the team :nnSuggestion for Pizza Hut improvement in general: although your pizzas are delicious, making crusts less fatty and oily would be much better :
Such a reliable place for great pizza! Ordering was easy, and the staff were polite and efficient. Everything tasted fresh and satisfying. We’ll definitely be coming back again!
I ordered a vege pizza and when I got it home on the otherside of Hamilton I opened it up and it wasn't cut into slices very disappointed
Regular Uber eats customer of this store. Charges extra for dipping sauce and doesn't provide opt out option but then fails to include it. After 4 or 5 times having this happen, I contacted the store with a complaint/compliment. The response was 'k' and immediate disconnection. I understand busy, but it doesn't take much to be polite. And if someone is paying for a service, doesnt receive it and calls to inform you without wanting a refund, maybe you should appreciate being informed of a problem before other customers are impacted and complain louder.
