Where's the cheese? All three pizzas had minimal cheese, including the cheese lovers pizza with extra cheese. I recently moved back to Hamilton after living in Lower Hutt and Palmerston North where I really enjoyed getting pizzahutt. I won't be ordering from this store again. Don't be so stingy with the ingredients guys. Especially when customers pay for extra.
OMG, first time at Pizza Hut for years, went cause I'm lazy and its closer than Dominos, I live Horotiu, went to Flagstaff, instead of Rototuna. Margurita pizza, says has pesto, well you might as well call it a 'pesto pizza', too much, far too much, pesto is a condiment not a main topping. It was terrible, never again, in fact i'm taking this back tomorrow. I'd like my money back however failing that, they can dispose of it, what a disappointment.
Not good at all, 1st time ordering from that store, cold chips and burned, not much topping on pizza and burned as well, to much tomato paste over powering the hardly no topping on pizza. Farrrken shocking never again.
Can I have some filling with my crust ? We have been coming here for a long time, but recently its been hit & miss. This was my last visit. The quality is rubbish & often they get the order wrong. Will be going to a different pizza place from now on.
While Stopping by late this very night with my grandchildren I was shocked and appalled by the horrific service I experienced. After waiting almost 20 minutes for my order I gathered the courage to approach these hard working employees to make a query about the wait time left on my order, I was met with a rude reply from a bearded middle age man saying “shut up and wait your turn, everyone will get their order when it’s ready” I sat down quietly upset until a young worker who seemed to be in his teens approached me, he gave me a smile and apologised for the wait even offering me free fries as an apology for his coworkers beligerante behaviour. he was then quickly ushered away by the same worker yelling his name, from my memory along the lines of Belal.nSo if you’re out there Belal thank you for your kind service, and to the rude coworker who served me and the others who stood by and didn’t intervene, shame on you. we need more people out there who aren’t afraid to step up for what’s right.
