I love Pizza Hut, but this branch not so much. My cheese heart shaped pizza as pictured came very burnt. I don’t think cheese should be black. I didn’t realize until I opened it when I got home so i didn’t bother driving back but still extremely frustrating.nnNot the first time I have had issues at this Pizza Hut either. Have ordered delivery one time and waited over an hour for a stone cold pizza. Other times this place has been really good, but the team needs to work on overall consistency.

I just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Pervinder Deshwal for the outstanding service he provided last saturday.From the moment I placed the order, Pervinder was super friendly, genuinely helpful and really knowledgeable about the menu. He patiently listened to what we wanted, suggested some great customisations, and found us the absolute best possible deal without us even having to ask. It felt like he was looking out for us rather than just processing an order.Then when the pizzas arrived – spot-on timing, piping hot, perfectly made – he handed them over with a big smile and a cheerful “Enjoy your pizzas!” to the guy on wheels.
