Ordered extra large, got 40% crust on this with stingy amount of cheese and toppings. Worst topping portion of any pizza hut I have been to. A shame as the staff and building was good. Won't order here again however. Order #2401174575181
I was at puzzahut today when two staff members were having a dispute while preparing the meals.. I had to stop them from making pizza and let them know that customers don't want to hear and listen to them arguing about shifts. I told them that I to work in customer service and this was not a good look for their store. And Indian man and a Filipino lady.. not good keep your business to yourself or when uour doors shut, not while customers are there listening.
Well, this is the first time I had to go thru bad experience with Pizza hut,, Overcooked and bitter taste!!! Can you please check your cooking machine speed!
Ordered the pizza of the day through the app, yet didn't get the topping sauce which made the pizza what it was. Not the first time this has happened.why can't they.just say they don't have the full amount of toppings or that the pizza is unavailable instead of giving subpar food. Ordered on a Sunday pizza of the day chicken and cranberry, which got no cranberry swirl disappointed
One of the pizzas was 3 dollars extra, was supposed to be better than the others but the three looked the same, almost no topping at all, it was mainly bread and nothing more, and burnt on the sides. Very disappointed.
