Really great experience at this Pizza Hut! The place was super clean and the customer service was top notch, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I also tried the KitKat Tear & Share and it was awesome, such a nice treat. Overall, easily one of the best Pizza Hut locations I’ve been to. Definitely coming back!
Excellent service at Pizza Hut! The pizza was fresh, hot, and packed with flavour. The staff were friendly, helpful, and my order was prepared quickly. The store was clean and well-organised. Always a great experience whenever I visit. Highly recommend for quality pizza and great customer service.
Ordered through uber tonight and I usually do that, usually no issues but tonight I did and I’m very upset with the way it was handled.. Forgot my fries and I called uber straight away but they said to call Pizza Hut because they were never given any fries.. I called the store and at first was calm but then I was getting cut off explaining my situation and I was getting agitated because I wasn’t being heard, the manager on duty was very rude to me and hung up on me as well so after that I went down to the store myself even though I said I couldn’t pick up and sorted it out.. He still had an attitude when I went in and where were my fries? Sitting in the warmer and not been given to uber like I was told they were.. Don’t tell me to call uber when it was on you!! The worst part is it wasn’t even busy.. Won’t be coming back after this.
Ordered delivery on 8/5nFood was delivered nearly an hour after stated delivery time. Food was cold and unappealing. An item was missing. Manager at the time promised a refund within 3 working days. No refund has been processed 9 days later. Very disappointing service this time pizzahut.
We ordered 2 vegetarian dinner boxes on 23/10/2025. In one of the slices, I found a piece of ham in it.nWe took the pizza boxes back to the store to bring this issue to their attention. So, it does not happen again to anyone. When, we approached the staff about the matter. She admitted having only one slice cutter. Furthermore, the available staff talked to us unprofessionally and tried to play it down like.it is not a big issue.
