A few weeks ago, I sent my husband to order a classic cheese pizza, along with a San Francisco Hawaiian pizza. Despite our usual preference for Domino's, we decided to try this establishment. Unfortunately, this decision left us thoroughly disappointed and full of regret.nnThe Hawaiian pizza arrived in an unusual shape rather than the expected circle, and neither pizza was properly cut, forcing us to tear them apart manually. This made our dining experience highly unpleasant. Moreover, the lack of sufficient toppings was appalling, as both pizzas were overwhelmingly dominated by sauce.nnUpon collecting my pizza’s, he observed that the server's gloves were compromised by noticeable holes. This is a condition that is exceedingly unsanitary and raises serious concerns about hygiene standards.nnHis name was also incorrectly spelled on our order, causing significant confusion and delay when he attempted to collect our food. This experience has left us extremely dissatisfied and disheartened.
I dont order here much - maybe once every 6 months but everytime I do - seems like I wouldn't have a good experience. Order was meant to be ready by 8.05. I got there at 8.10. Pizza wasnt ready as said by the staff after waiting 5 mins to just pay but i can see in their warmer that it could possibly be my order. About 5 others were served before me and then they said my order was ready. It was the pizzas that was in the warmer. I dont come here often but i am very disappointed. They didnt seem short staffed. My pizzas sat in that warmer for atleast 30 mins. I left the store at 8.25. I felt ignored and my order was soggy. I chose pick up instead delivery because i wanted my order to be fresh. I literally sat in the store for an extra 15 mins just to be told that order wasnt ready because they were needing the chips to be cooked or needed packaging not too sure - yet prioritized uber orders. Please do better. I also have to mention that the team did not work well together - certain people were doing more tasks than the other, communication were harsh to each other. Pizzas were great but chips soggy. The person that served me was nice and i felt sympathetic for her as she did more work than the rest. Hopefully next time i order from this store, the wait times would be accurate. And i hope the team work improves because this reflects back on the customers. Would order here again because i understand this sort of service can get busy but businesses do need feedback.

Ordered 2 pizzas, they forgot to make one. The one they forgot was a perri veggie one and they put pineapple on the pizza....there isn't normally pineapple on this pizza, and tastes like they put pepper on top?? Definitely don't recommend wish I could take it backnEdit:nGood thing we aren't allergic to pineapple otherwise it could be more serious.nnThink we found pickles on meat lovers? This keeps getting worse
