Terrible, just terrible for $54. How is this acceptable? I ordered 2 large veggie only pizzas since you don’t have dairy free cheese & this is what I got for $54.
Most recent visit reminded us why we choose different local options. With places close by for a fraction of the cost and higher quality food, service it's upsetting to see a place we use to enjoy so much raising prices and lowering expectations. We ordered 4 1 3 topping,1 pepperoni and 2 cheese pizzas and some bread sticks with chicken tonight and we were over 100 bucks but hey rising costs everywhere right? Not being sarcastic the members of our group decided it was not worth trying to eat because it was so dry you couldn't swallow. They shorted us all our sauces for the bread sticks and the "sauce" on the chicken didn't even coat the chicken. We did carryout and even left a tip the boys are the counter seemed nice. I just struggle to recommend this place over almost any other options in town with the current quality control. The other recent experience I had here, I stopped by for lunch and the VERY busy and I'm assuming the only employee there left me at the counter at least 10 minutes. When I was about to leave he yelled up to wait. He finally came up and asked me what I needed, I asked if they had any kind of a lunch special. He laughed at me and told me pizza hut doesn't do and has never done anything for lunch. I laughed and said well I think they used to at the other location. He informed me I was wrong and that he would know if they ever had. It just felt a little strange that i went in to see about buy pizza and left feeling a bit attacked? I really do hope things get better for those locally that enjoy this as an option.
Worst experience I have ever dealt with when it comes to pizza places. If you end up having a problem from this restaurant don't expect a fast resolution, or a resolution at all. Something that should have been a simple fix became a big problem. So not only did I get the wrong order, but the customer service was miserable. I placed an order for a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks for delivery, which would take 45 min. I expected that since it's new years eve. When the order showed up there was no receipt verifying the order and we realized we received the wrong order. We told the delivery driver and she said you have to call the store and drove away. The food we received was nothing close to what we ordered. We received a Hawaiian pizza, a gluten free meat lovers pizza, and an order of wings. When I tried to call the store I was hung up on THREE times and the one time I did get through to someone she answered "what can I do for you?" And when I said we received the wrong order sh quickly replied"you need to hold" and put me on hold before I could even respond and was on hold for over 15 minutes. So almost an hour after we received the wrong order and after the 45 min wait for the pizza to be madeand not being able to get a hold of the store I called corporate and they just told me they would get back to me via email in 1-3 business days. So I guess we will see how this gets resolved, if it gets resolved at all.
Food was fine, but the store is definitely under staffed. I ordered online and arrived when the app said it would be ready. The person at the register told me that my pizza was "In the oven" it obviously wasn't because I watched the only other employee make my pizza and put it in the oven. It took an extra 30 minutes. The entire time that I was here, the phone was ringing and nobody was answering. The only reason that I'm not rating this as a single star is because they're definitely under staffed, and that's not necessarily the employees problem, but the employers. Don't order from here.
I pre-ordered the meal 12/24 at 9:30am and scheduled a contact-less pickup for 12/24 2:15pm. I show up to the Pizza Hut location at 2:30pm and the "Open" light was off. I wait ed a few minutes after indicating that i was there for my contact-less pickup and no one came out with my order. I decided to approach the store and walk in. I asked the girl at the counter about my order and she said the order would be out shortly. I waited roughly 5 minutes in the store before asking if the order was already made since i pre-ordered it through the Pizza Hut app, the girl said they were working on my order now. I waited for another 15 minutes before they had my order ready, except that it was missing one pizza. I had to wait another 10 minutes before my final pizza was ready. Though the staff was friendly, it was clear to me that this was the "B squad" working Christmas eve. I am disappointed in the service. What was the point of pre-ordering the pizza order through the app in the morning if the order was not going to be order 15 minutes after my scheduled pickup time.
The worst customer experience I've ever had. They took 4 minutes to even acknowledge my existence even though when entering 2 employees clearly saw me. I never go here even though it is less than a minute from my house just based on poor service but door dashing and having the blatant disregard for my presence was mind blowing and awkward. At one point one employee was eating and pointed at me saying hold on. And a teen came back out and finally helped me after seeing me 4 min prior. I've never had such a weird awkward rude experience lol. Please get better employees because I love your crust and you're the closest pizza place to me.
I’m not sure if it’s this location or all pizza huts but this particular one is garbage. There’s an older lady who was standing in the middle of a bunch of middle school/high school boys basically flirting while none of them are doing their jobs. One kid with curly long hair took his hat off, messed with his hair and put the hat back and went about making pizzas WITHOUT washing his hands or gloves for that matter. Do not go here. Go elsewhere. Literally ANYWHERE but here. Our pizzas were not done all the way, one of them had the wrong sauce but i wasn’t about to go back in there and tell them because none of them were working anyways and it would have taken another 30 min. Avoid this place!!! Seriously, where the hell is management ??
I ordered a large pan, with extra toppings and extra cheese. There was more tomato paste than anything else. There was about one of each topping per slice, and the cheese couldn't have been more sparse. I counted 10 pepperoni for the whole pizza. Not worth $40
Ordered at 4:28, provided 1/2 hour delivery, 6:02 delivery, cold and dried out pizza delivered, missing drinks, asked driver about missing drinks, driver stated he's a DoorDash driver who only delivers what he's given, called the store, drinks arrived via DoorDash at 7:00. Clerk at the store stated they were busy so they used DoorDash and he wasn't open to replacing the cold pizza or a credit for the poor service. I'm going back to Dominos, they know how to get hot pizza to my house.
The quality of pizza hut has really gone down hill over this year. Ordered three pizzas, I asked for extra sauce and pan for one of the pizzas. Got hand tossed and little sauce. I paid an extra dollar for the pan but no. No wonder why they are shutting down places in St. George Utah. Pizza hut use to be my favorite pizza but I would officially say, they are as bad as dominoes. I'm sure they won't miss me.
