Pita Pit Timaru

No greeting when we walked in, staff member was more focused on topping up vege containers. Someone walked in 2 minutes after us who had ordered online, they got greeted immediately, wanted to add drinks to their order, got served immediately. We were then informed she had another online order to do that would take 10minutes. We ate Hell Pizza for lunch. Won't be stopping here again, only got 1 star because we can't rate it any lower on here.

Been coming here for over 6 years now. In that time the place has started to show its age and appears a little worse for wear. The food is OK - as expected for a pita pit. But on my last visit there Dec 2022 there was a single person working who was busy with an existing order which meant a longer than usual wait until they were free and I got my order taken and once made it came as a pretty soggy item and overall very so-so. Not sure why it was so badly made. But they appear to have trouble getting and/or keeping staff here as they had lots of "come join our crew" signs everywhere inside. Maybe this is a sign of the times.

Always Friendly ! I love this quick healthy option for a post workout meal or something in the run !

Would not allow to choose what went into chicken Cesar salad, made it 'standard'. Very poor service, I have always been able to select what goes into salad in the past, has this changed, or just lazy staff?
