Nice experience is as always in a coffee culture. Outdoor seating are available. Snacks, muffins available. They have no small, medium or large. U might have to decide on 6oz or so by the matrix as displayed on the cashier's counter. They do offer flavors. If u r a vanilla latte lover, yes. Parking is on street parking.
Ordered by phone, lovely and polite but for $30 we got this....x2 Supposed to be a BLT bagel with an egg... cold and 1 piece of potentially uncooked bacon.
Just wanted to leave a review to say that the staff that worked on the morning of 27 December did so well. They were extremely busy with a steady flow of people coming in not giving them a chance to catch a break. However they were professional, efficient and got everybody's food and beverages to them in a timely manner.
Our flat whites were superb. The carrot cake and breakfast burrito were 10/10 and friendly staff made for an excellent experience. I highly recommend this cafe!!Food: 5/5
Nice place with good stuff, but current staff was with no smile. We sat outside where we split a table with other older customer to sit. The waitress came to wipe the next table leaving with empty hands even our table was full with plates and glasses from previous customers. We had to ask to have our table cleaned when we got coffees delivered.
I ordered cabinet food as I didn't have long for lunch but it took 20 minutes for them to bring it out to me. They didn't appear to be busy. Staff were not very friendly and seemed very off hand like they couldn't be bothered. I wouldn't be bothered to go there again.
Staff are too dry to coming customers not even single '' hi"'hello'' on a quiet day i ordered sausage roll and its burnt! Service was terrible! The lady was grumpy throwing the food on our table. Seriously you guys need to work on customer service as your on hospitality industry. Train your staff at least learn how to SMILEFood: 1/5
We have dined here several times in the past, and they haven't been too bad, even though it's hard to get a nice hot coffee. The last time we were there, I was served by an extremely rude blonde woman. I asked for trim milk, and was given dark blue. When I said that I wanted trim, I was told off for being rude. How do you receive what you ask for? Where were her manners or the respect shown to the customer? Surely the customer has the right to ask for what they want don't they? As a diabetic, it's important to have Light Blue, Trim or Calci Trim. We are sick and tired of repeatedly having to ask for hot coffees rather than luke warm ones, or tea where after the first cup, happens to be luke warm. We ask for extra hot water in another tea pot, and often get a tiny open jug, where the water will go cold soon afterwards. Should you spill it over yourself, you can get scalded, as opposed to a proper tea pot which has a lid on it. Some of the staff just don't listen. The Ballentynes one just up the road will give you much better service. After the last time we visited there, we will not be dining there, unless we are desperate, and would advise you to do the same, if you want some great service and go elsewhere . You don't always get that here.
Ordered an Iced Latte and Iced Americano, get back to the car to realise neither have Ice and are an unpleasant room temperature...
disappointing. Girl serving obviously didn't want to be there. Sausage roll was heated to an inch of its life and my friend had a muffin that was so heated the icing was runny down the sides. Coffee wasn't that good, but it could be just the brand. I think if the cup could have survived it, the coffees would have been thrown on the table at us. I asked for the table to be wiped down but she never returned even though she agreed at the time. Used my own serviette when the food arrived. Probably will go to another place next time.
