Phil's Rentals

We just finished a 2.5 wk tour around the sound island in one of Phil’s cars. A 1990 for Sierra 2.0 GXL to be exact. Great car and great for the kids to see what older cars were like.cigarette lighter, Ash trays, cassette player, manual windows etc. car didn’t skip a beat and would recommend phill rentals to anyone with a sense of adventure.

Phil has a decent fleet of old vehicles. Most of them hail from the 80s and 90s, and have enough miles on them to have gone around the world a couple times! But don't let that discourage you, they run well, and are maintained to a good standard. Phil will be sure to talk you through any issues that may be found, and our van never missed a beat, just took some warning up in the morning... Kind of like myself. If you are looking for a reliable vehicle at a hard to beat price then look no further! If you want something modern, nippy, techy and with aircon then maybe keep shopping. We would 100% rent from Phil again, we loved our Toyota Hiace, it was a pleasure to tour the South Island in :
