Not sure never used them on this trip. But they were fine..last time

The workers were cool and friendly. Car was nice and clean. Had to get a replacement van as the brake pads faded which was pretty disappointing as we had to wait for 2 and a half hours for. Wouldn't use it again.

The representative could have been welcoming and explain better what our options where.

First time used a rental service but found Hertz very easy to deal with and their service was great. No hassles or problems.

Very professional, clean and good cars, we rented two cars one each for north and south islands in NZ
