We hired a car while on holiday for a week. The prices are very reasonable, the staff were super friendly when we picked up the car. The car was also presented well and clean. Unlimited KM's allowed which was excellent. Upon return of the vehicle, the staff did a quick visual inspection there were no hassles. Highly recommend, and will use them next time.
First of all Thank you so much to Go rentals. You made our trip very smooth and easy. My husband made bookings for or NZ trip and We heard lots of rumours regarding rental car companies that they steal money from our account, but we are lucky that we came to Go rentals, there was nothing like those negative rumours. Well, our flight arrived at Airport after their opening hours. They made very easy pickup process and send all the instructions that how you can get the keys in a clear notice, It located just after crossed the road from the Airport. We hired a car for more than a week. Ofcourse drop off was also very quick. I suggest to everyone If you have a plan to come to queenstown then definitely go to Go rentals to hire a car, I swear your trip is going to be fabulous. Thank you once again!!!!

We needed to collect our car from Go rentals at Queenstown airport after hours. It was so quick and easy, I was really impressed with how seamless it was and the great communication from them. Car booking, pick up and drop off was seamless. We booked RAV4 hybrid from Queenstown location. Plus point to location, just across the Queenstown airport. Car was clean, fairly new. Child seat and booster seat were clean and good quality. Definitely recommend them. Thanks
More Peace of Mind from GO Rentals- this time in the South Island at the QUEENSTOWN branch. Checked in prior to arrival so pickup was fast, friendly and efficient. Drop-off was super fast with a car inspection as new hirers laboured through their registrations at the desk and we were free to go!
The team from Go Rentals at Queenstown airport were awesome, easy booking and confirmation process. Pickup and drop off took less than 5 minutes each. Having the pickup/drop off at the airport made it a super smooth process. It was the perfect car for travelling in Queenstown and surrounds Thanks for a great experience. Love the app and ease of booking online. Value for $ and variety of options compared to other AA car rentals. Although I had prepaid our booking in advance via my credit card. Queenstown Go Rental staff still required my friends credit card who picked up our rental car as my flight was delayed. I queried why Go Rentals needed my friends credit card even though I had fully paid on my credit card and was told that was their policy. Upon arrival my friend said that she had submitted her credit card and agreed to pay an extra $160 for petrol for Go Rentals to pay at the end and whatever is left after filling up the rental car will be reimbursed. Only to find out that the $160 was taken out of my credit card without my permission and that no reimbursement was made, to fill up go rental car which would of been less than $115-$125. Also proper signage is needed at Queenstown airport as to the entry way to drop off Go Rentals cars, as it was confusing where to actually enter. Another couple who had a Go Rental car and I voiced to staff the difficulty we found to drop off our rental cars at Go Rentals Queenstown airport, as they followed the car rental drop off sign which was for other rentals cars and I circulated around 3-4 times before seeing someone else use another lane to go into Go Rentals Queenstown airport. Staff were friendly and obliging.
