Was told $440 to take my car out of impound and when I arrived they charged $580 and Said the extra was for a public holiday. I was told it would not be anymore than this.Service: Electrical

Was just receiving a car that police left there after it tried to be stolen. Very bad customer service and didn't find them very helpful. The apparent boss lady of the place is extremely rude. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Fantastic service! A wheel fell off our caravan on SH1 and Webb’s got a truck out quickly, made sure we were OK, the driver was great managing to winch the caravan onto the truck without damaging it - no easy thing as it was on its hub in the gravel on the berm! He delivered it to a local repairer and carefully got the caravan off again. He’d even taped down the loose trim to make sure it didn’t blow off. A great end to a stressful event!!!

I found the Wahine very polite and accommodating when I visited the yard on Thursday the 24. 02.22 , I also appreciate the advice given to me previously on the phone with the same person , it was very good to meet her. I also had the opportunity to deal with a male worker on the same day to fill out paperwork , I don't think he was feeling well that day , he never smiled , greeted me and I didn't appreciate his attitude . I did find the overall service professional. I would recommend Pete's Towing Whangarei. Thank you.
