Big portion, excellent food, good coffee!nWe had the big breakfast, custard Alice, avo ok bagel, Caesar salad.nEverything was excellent and obviously for two people we over ordered because I was used to Auckland cafe portions.

We love everything about this place!nThe staff are always amazing, the food is divine and they have plenty of dietary options avaliable. Hands down the best 'no gluten added' scones I've ever had.nnOften busy which is a testament to how awesome it is here.

I highly recommend the breakfast burger and brioche French toast – a perfect combination for two people paired with a hot drink that guarantees to fill you up. The dishes boast amazing presentation, and their flavors are unmatched, I'd easily give them 5 stars on taste alone. Plus, the nearby Sesquicentennial Walkway, weaving through the bush and along the river, adds an extra touch to the overall experience.

We were driving from Auckland to KeriKeri when we made a random stop in the town of Warkworth. Wow! What a find!nnPete & Mary’s was suggested by a local and we certainly could not have done better. The people are friendly, the place is busy—but well managed—and the food is excellent! We shared a poke bowl special and the beetroot salad. Both portions were huge, and the food was excellent and fresh. I highly recommend Pete and Mary’s.

Wife says they do the best lamb salad. Lamb superbly cooked. Food well presented. Coffee/drinks are real good and cabinet food has great selection of healthy and GF and really nice. Maybe best cafe in Walkworth???
