Mediocre. Movie didn't start leaving everyone wondering what was happening for 10-15 minutes, and it took two approaches from patrons to staff before the cinema were aware. When a movie did finally start 25 mins after the scheduled time, it was the wrong movie. We left at that point.nPositives were the coffee which I ordered but didn't turn up so I had to ask for it, the staff who were lovely, and the refund. But in terms of a good experience - the absolute opposite.
We went in the morning thinking it would be quiet, but it was very busy. Had to wait ages for our coffee which meant we missed 15 minutes of the start of our movie. Everything is expensive, staff running about, it was chaotic
super pretty place + i love the vibe!! the audio was a bit funky in the cinema we were in though and the staff were a 50/50 we either talked to someone really pleasant or someone who may have just been a bit too tired that day hahannoverall still loved it though! x
no bad complaints!!!!! I love you penthouse food is good movies are good atmosphere is good! prices for food are a bit upwards and there is no popcorn machine, but I love you penthouse
The food at this establishment is absolutely disgusting. I ordered a panzanella which sported stale bread and a miserable looking assortment of frozen vegetables without any dressing which tasted so bad I had to leave pretty much the dish uneaten . My partner had a curry that tasted like a cold supermarket can with an undercooked roti.
