Patagonia Chocolates

First time here. Super busy. So much to choose from. We had 2 ice cream and a Coffee sundae. Waited over 15 mins for my sundae and my beeper still no sound. Asked the young girl behind the counter, she checked right away and came back with my sundae. Said sorry, it was left in the lift and no one took it out. All good, she apologized and i got my very yummy sundae. Will recommend this place.

One of the best places in all of New Zealand for desserts m, especially ice creams.. their milk chocolate topping is to die for.. i strongly recommend trying out just plain simple milk chocolate topping.. costs only NZD 3! Yes.. unbelievable.. and the tastebis divine!

Famous ice cream shop in Queenstown. Although it is a chocolate store, ice cream and sorbet are also popular. Even the single size was a bit large for me, but delicious.

Best ever. The ice cream was so good. I had berry sorbet & choco macadamia. Good & kind staffs.

I think their ice cream is super delicious but I don't like the overall customer experience in this shop, particularly when it is busy and there is a long line. Had to order my ice cream before I even had the chance to see all the flavours in the display, due to the weird setup of their cafe/shop. I am also disappointed that they don't allow you to pick two different flavours on one scoop, and having your ice cream in a cone costs $2 extra. In terms of taste, the cone looks better than it actually tastes. I think there are better ice cream places with more interesting flavours in NZ.

This place is a must do for those visiting and living in Queenstown! Their ice creams are the best, the service is on point and the view is stunning! Don't let the lines scare you off, it is well worth the wait and they get you served within minutes! Highly recommend the Queenstown lake front Patagonia!

Ice cream & chocolates are good quality but expect a long wait in line!

just writing this for the owners, who no doubt spend a fortune on the rent for this place, but maybe unaware of the attitude of some of the staff. I have no idea what the products are like, because I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes for someone to serve, but no one did. So I walked out... This was despite me being the only customer in the store with at least 4 staff buzzing around, cleaning already clean benches. No one even ackowelged my presence. A simple "Hello / welcome, won't be a minute". goes a long way. this was 10am on a Friday morning. Shame as I really wanted a smoothie too!

The ice cream shop is must visit and one of the best Ice cream in Queenstown arguably in NZ the quality and quantity is best for the money you pay. Always rush. Great place for family and kids and there is plenty of space to sit and enjoy your Ice cream. The view from the top floor is absolutely stunning. A must try if you visit Queenstown. Highly recommended

Some amazing chocolate creations here! Tasted a few and was very delighted by the flavour. Shop is a little manic as people standing everywhere attempting to get the attention not the lovely helpful ladies behind the counter, of which at peak times, there doesn't seem to be enough.
