The Pistachio ice cream there tasted like it had some toilet cleaning chemical in it. When highlighted to the store guy Ac***ya, he asked me throw it as he couldn't do anything about it. He did not even offer to give a solution by tasting it, refunding it or exchanging it. The attitude was rubbish for a store that is at such a prominent location within Dubai Mall. I will not recommend anyone to go there.
I’m a loyal customer of Movenpick Icecream. Whenever I spot their store, I rush to it. But their branch here in Dubai mall, needs extra care. Order was good but the tables were dirty, uncleaned from previous clients. The staff member who was responsible for tables was careless. After requests, she just removed the litter with no table wiping. Also, one of the times she used a tissue paper using her foot she wiped what is on the floor in the most disgusting way! She seems so frustrated and as if she is forced to work. Administration needs to check this branch urgently.
Ice cream is always been my comfort food… when my husband and I went to Dubai Mall I saw this stall of ice cream… I told to my husband I must try the ice cream… so I ordered three scoops chocolate mint, coffee, and chocolate caramel for 39 AED… I told to myself it got to be good since its a bit pricey for me as a tourist and I was not disappointed as the sweetness of the ice cream does not over power the flavors that I ordered… the creaminess and the flavor are a must try and something that I will surely come back for more flavor to explore! the service crew also serve with a smile… if you happen to visit Dubai look for this ice cream parlor and you’ll not regret it.

Is in a super central location within the mall, right inside the food area and close to the fountain exit / burj kalifa top entrance. LG floor, accessible for strollers and wheelchairs, movenpick ice cream is always a good idea for a break and a bit of sweet. We come from Switzerland and we highly recommend it, is a great option for a break!
Today we were passing by and bought a bottle of water from this kiosk in Dubai mall. My elderly mother took an ice cream cup as she doesn’t prefer to drink from the bottle. The staff is asked to put the cup back after we took it and was touching it !!! First of all IT IS NOT HYGIENIC to give the same cup to someone after we touch it with our fingers so I am doubting the cleanliness of this place! The second - it was so rude, so cheap and not smart from her side to take an ice cream cup literally from our hands !!! After this situation I will principally never buy an ice cream from this place and DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone due to lack of hygiene reasons. I asked staffs name - she said Sofia but I won’t surprise if she lied about her name as she has very repulsive and unpleasant personality!

Such a dirty place, all tables were unhygienic, no place to sit.. rude staff.. didn't bother to clean even when asked.. close the place if can't run properly..
