I recently went with my Mum to Norfolk Island. My mum needed assistance at the airport to get from the drop off area zone to check in as she was in a wheelchair. Shivarn our Driver was amazing,he very kindly helped us get there as we also had two suitcases on a trolley. I definitely would recommend Park n Fly.
Great staff and we have used them many times over the years thanks so their commitment to sustainability and support of electric cars. However they no longer offer charging to electric cars even though its advertised on the home page. Its a shame because otherwise its a great service. Fingers crossed they or someone else offer a charging service happy for it to be paid in the future.
Great service, convenient to the airport and they provide a shuttle service to and from the airport. good to know the vehicle is safe and secure while we are away and a good price. The only things to note are, they do move your vehicle so that it is in a row close to the checkout when you come back for it. I don't have a problem with that, but I know some people do. Also, the pickup at the airport coming home we waited more than 30 minutes, as they were a driver down, which isn't a problem normally but if you need to be somewhere in a hurry you may need to allow for that.
Online booking was easy process. On the day check in was simple, sign in, pay. Ask for a form to list your vehicle condition and or take photos though nothing happened to my vehicle. Then a quick transit ride to the airport. flew domestic so drop off is outside Jetstar door 8. Upon return call the office and transit is arranged. Pick up is on the far side from Jetstar door 8. Sign your keys out and collect your car. Listen carefully where they tell you it is as many rows and vehicles. You can also additional have your car washed so it is shiny for collection. A good and affordable service. I would it use again
Used this service over 10 times with no issues. On late and early flights with shuttles never taking longer than 20mins which is great considering sometimes they might be understaffed due to factors that can’t be controlled. All staff have been helpful and nice to deal with. Haven’t had an unpleasant service from then yet. We’ll done!
