From booking to check-in and check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The shuttle was always on time and the staff were friendly. Shuttles were clean and comfortable. Great service at a low cost — highly recommended
Great service, phoned Park n Fly on my return, the shuttle was on site within 5 minutes. Shuttle driver carefully loaded & unloaded my suitcases, the office team were welcoming and ready to finalise booking as I collected my car keys. Whole process from start to finish was impressive! My car was exactly how I'd left it 2 weeks ago, very happy with this. Definitely my go too place for future travels. Highly recommend this service - Thank you Park n Fly Team
Free Shuttle to/from terminals. Helpful, friendly, Shuttle driver.nThe lerk helped smooth over issues created through booking site. For that, I'm thankful.
I recently went with my Mum to Norfolk Island. My mum needed assistance at the airport to get from the drop off area zone to check in as she was in a wheelchair. Shivarn our Driver was amazing,he very kindly helped us get there as we also had two suitcases on a trolley. I definitely would recommend Park n Fly.
Extremely disappointed with our recent experience. We were told the shuttle would arrive in 5 to 10 minutes but waited well over 20. When it finally arrived, staff prioritised a newly arrived, impatient customer, despite us waiting significantly longer and me being visibly disabled with limited mobility. The driver was rude to both my partner, ignoring him when he asked a question, as well responding abrasively to the other customers waiting.nnWe then had to wait even longer for a second shuttle, and the driver was blatantly rude about our frustration and made no effort to apologize for the inconvenience. This showed a complete lack of consideration for accessibility, fairness, or basic customer service.nnOn top of that, prices have recently gone up with no improvement in service. Frankly, there is no point in saving ten dollars. Just park at the airport. It is clear customer comfort and needs are not a priority here.nnUpdate: The next shuttle driver did not offer any help assisting either us with our luggage, nor the elderly couple getting onto the shuttle with us either. He also did not offer any apology for the lateness and was possibly more unfriendly than the first driver.nnAlso they changed random settings in my partner’s car not relevant to driving.
