I recently went with my Mum to Norfolk Island. My mum needed assistance at the airport to get from the drop off area zone to check in as she was in a wheelchair. Shivarn our Driver was amazing,he very kindly helped us get there as we also had two suitcases on a trolley. I definitely would recommend Park n Fly.
Easy transition. Although once we go there to drop off the car was only 1 lady on the desk and 3 people ahead of us. Had to leave to drop myself off to check in or we should of missed our check in time for flight. Only 1 van for 11 people once we go back to Auckland made a big drama however 2nd van came fast. Driver should of communicated another van was on the way as some of us had kids and wernt prioritize. Myself and 1 child had to go in 1 van and husband and 2 kids in another which had to swing passed international. Not a huge drama but needed to be communicated better by drivers when we are all told to call once needing shuttle. Also, 1 of our childrens car seat wasnt put in the back safely and fell out once arrived back to P&F. Carseat is worth $600 so wasnt overly happy about that. Over all happy, car was safe and secure with them. Just few things needing to be tweaked on their side. Will use them again!
Highly recommended and very convenient. Takes the stress off having to find alternative ways on getting to and from the airport as well as knowing your vehicle will be safe and close by when you return. I will definitely be using this service again in the future .
Cheapest parking near the airport. Have used it twice now and both times have been seamless. First time was for an airport drop off using their shuttle service at 4am which was prompt and easy. My sister had then picked up the car 6 days later and said the process of pick up from the airport back to their business was easy and convenient.nnMy second time was last week where I had hired a rental from another company but used Park N Fly to store my other vehicle as I live out of Auckland. The process again was seamless and staff were lovely to deal with on both drop off and pick up.nnI will definitely use Park N Fly again in the future. The price point and the fact that you don’t need to use their shuttle service in order to leave your car there are the two leading factors for me.
Recently used this over the christmas break, parking and checking was super easy. staff were super friendly, straight onto a shuttle to the airport. didn't take long at all!nnThen when i returned super easy shuttle pickup then very quick to get my keys and be on my way, would highly recommend! great value.
