From booking to check-in and check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The shuttle was always on time and the staff were friendly. Shuttles were clean and comfortable. Great service at a low cost — highly recommended
Do not park with these guys. We had a really bad experience with Park and Fly not once, but twice. At an airport when you have a flight to catch every minute counts, yet their shuttle service only leaves when the van is completely full. This meant sitting around waiting unnecessarily when we should have been on our way to catch a flight. On the return trip, it was just as bad - after a long journey, we were left waiting nearly 40 minutes out in the cold because they won’t send the shuttle until enough people have called to fill it.nnTo make matters worse, when we finally arrived back at our car, we found they had left the interior light on for the entire time we were away. Unsurprisingly, the car battery was flat, and we were unable to make important prior engagements because of the delay.nnThis kind of service shows a lack of care and professionalism, absolutely no respect for the customer. The whole process was stressful, time-wasting, and completely avoidable if they valued their customers’ time and property. Very disappointing - do not book with them.
Great service, phoned Park n Fly on my return, the shuttle was on site within 5 minutes. Shuttle driver carefully loaded & unloaded my suitcases, the office team were welcoming and ready to finalise booking as I collected my car keys. Whole process from start to finish was impressive! My car was exactly how I'd left it 2 weeks ago, very happy with this. Definitely my go too place for future travels. Highly recommend this service - Thank you Park n Fly Team
Free Shuttle to/from terminals. Helpful, friendly, Shuttle driver.nThe lerk helped smooth over issues created through booking site. For that, I'm thankful.
I recently went with my Mum to Norfolk Island. My mum needed assistance at the airport to get from the drop off area zone to check in as she was in a wheelchair. Shivarn our Driver was amazing,he very kindly helped us get there as we also had two suitcases on a trolley. I definitely would recommend Park n Fly.
