Easy place to park near the airport. The staff were friendly and the check-in was quick. The shuttle bus to the airport was convenient and didn’t take long. Parking felt safe and organised. Good option if you want cheaper parking close to the airport
As always, your team has been reliable, excellent customer service excellent drivers, late model clean vans, kind help with the luggage, and always on time. THANK YOU from Vantage Travel International Team in Auckland.
Giving a star because the pick up and drop off guys were good, but beware if you're using their service don't use valet option. Our car milage was used 5km during their care, took photos of dash at drop off and at pick up. OK perhaps 5km transfer between yards but our car has a shudder when we hit motorway running at 100km even I as passenger can feel it. It means the staff wasn't careful enough when transferring our car between yards causing it and when you still have to drive 3hrs to reach your home from their yard, it's super disappointing. I don't think we will come back again and if you ever decide to use their service, be cautious.
Park & Fly absolutely saved the day for me! From the moment I booked, everything was smooth and stress-free—but what really stood out was how incredible they were when my flights to Wellington and back! got cancelled and changed.nWhat could’ve been a complete nightmare turned into such an easy process thanks to their team. They were so helpful, flexible, and genuinely understanding nothing felt like a hassle. They just sorted everything without fuss, which took a huge weight off my shoulders.nAnd the shuttle service? So good! Quick, reliable, and just another reason why I’d choose them again in a heartbeat. It made getting to and from the airport completely seamless.nHonestly, I couldn’t be happier with the service. Park & Fly went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be recommending them to everyone!
Excellent service from Park N Fly yesterday afternoon 25th April. Everything was smooth and well organised from drop-off to the airport transfer. Special shoutout to the driver - super friendly, funny, and had us all having a good laugh on the ride over, which elevated an already great experience. Good people certainly make all the difference! Highly recommend and will definitely be using Park N Fly again.
