Parked our car here and catch the bus. Don’t have to deal with customer service. Everything online. Very big carpark and heaps of parking here. The toilets here.
It was great every time you turned up to park but lately no more entry tickets. Just use your credit card to enter. Well I don't like it a bit in fact. I was leaving the ticket in the card, now should I leave the credit card instead just in case? Maybe an app with a bit more details. By the way, so much safety awareness is displayed in your buses, but nothing about all your new parking locations and different bus routes. Thanks a lot, you earned one star.

I had trouble finding the exit for non-staff! It took me around 10 mins and I was worried I'd be charged extra for not leaving the parking lot within my paid parking time.
