Really love this park and ride. Could only get a parking if you arrive around 7:40am on a weekday. There’s usually heaps of parking around on a Friday morning.
Today, my cousin lost his Hop card key tag, which was subsequently handed in to this service center. The phone number registered on AT was mine and unfortunately, I was unable to answer calls made to the phone number registered on the AT website. Upon reviewing the call log, I noticed that the customer service center had attempted to contact me multiple times. When I eventually visited the center, the staff demonstrated exceptional patience and promptly assisted me in retrieving my cousin's card without the need to purchase a replacement. This experience provided immense satisfaction to my cousin, and my family and I are delighted with the excellent service provided by the customer service center. On behalf of my family, we wish all staff at constellation customer service centre a happy new year.
You have to be there before 7am to get a spot. Pretty safe and convenient as well
This park and ride fills up very early in the morning - well before 7am. It isn't as big as the Albany park and ride. It is easy for pick up and drop off, but when it's busy it can be blocked easily if people don't pull to the side. There is good lighting to stand under when being picked up at night. The station has facilities such as an information kiosk and public toilets.
A very friendly customer service man helped my husband and me sort out a gold AT Hop. He was very patient with us and explained how to use them.
