Improving, but still a third world public transport. Buses cancel and leave early with no notice. No substitute for cars any time soon.
You have to get there before 6.40am in order to find a space. I've been noticing so many people in the work places across the road using the park and ride as their own parking?! Which is horrible. I travel from out west to be able to take transport to the city and to see people using it not for the busses is unfair. There should be a better system to monitor because it's a small parking area. :
Bigger carpark? Multi level?nnYour thinking of the project building carpark and ride for few cars is a joke!nnSome people will say take a bus to the station but there is no bus from my place! And if I drive to a bus near my house and park on the street it takes me extra 40 mins to get to the station!nnYou need to make bigger carpark
Today, my cousin lost his Hop card key tag, which was subsequently handed in to this service center. The phone number registered on AT was mine and unfortunately, I was unable to answer calls made to the phone number registered on the AT website. Upon reviewing the call log, I noticed that the customer service center had attempted to contact me multiple times. When I eventually visited the center, the staff demonstrated exceptional patience and promptly assisted me in retrieving my cousin's card without the need to purchase a replacement. This experience provided immense satisfaction to my cousin, and my family and I are delighted with the excellent service provided by the customer service center. On behalf of my family, we wish all staff at constellation customer service centre a happy new year.
