The Park Cafe "First and Last" is a family owned and operated Cafe/Restaurant situated at the door step of the beautiful Abel Tasman National Park.

Story

Situated at the doorstep of the picturesque
Abel Tasman National Park
we offer our guests delicious national
and international food - since 1986!

Enjoy our high quality dishes, woodfired pizzas
(available from mid of December until end of March)
a wide selection of fresh baking, delicious coffee
and talented musicians playing on our stage
at “Open Mic Night” every Thursday evening.

All herbs and many of the vegetables we use
are grown in our extensive organic garden.

Just beautiful! The calamari was so delish we ordered a 2nd plate! Wood pizza was amazing n great service!
Incredible pizzas. Their tomato sauce base tasted home made and was packed with flavour. Only issue was how busy it gets in summer! It’s tough to get a table and food can take a while. But if you can go on off peak times It’s definitely worth it! Really great service with friendly staff too.
We had woodfired pizzas there yesterday after finishing the Abel Tasman Coastal Track. They were delicious, probably some of the best pizzas we've had in NZ! Also the live band was really good and the overall atmosphere was awesome, everyone was super friendly! A great end to a beautiful couple of days in the National Park.
Nice location. They were charging a 15% public holiday surcharge today not a NZ public holiday. Have just checked my bill & for some reason the Bundaberg ginger beer listed at $5 cost me $6.33. But it is a nice location.
Wow,such a family friendly intimate cafe restaurant. Food made with love. Love this place.
Nice food in a lovely setting. Good choices in seating... indoor, outdoor, under cover, in the sun etc etc. No wifi so people talk to each other
Enjoyed our dinner in a nice atmosphere. The garlic bread was super yummy, as was my pizza.
