Car played up while on holiday. Always a hassle when you are in unfamiliar territory . Paul and Nicki made me feel like a regular customer and not just a ' once only ' . Great service and very reasonable bill . Hope you enjoyed the donuts !
They ordered the wrong tires, owned their mistake, went and collected correct tires from Nelson and had it fixed that afternoon so I could go on holiday. It's the putting right that counts. Good service, we all make mistakes but it's how we react to them that's critical.
