Paper Moon

Went here for drinks and food. The drinks were nice. I ordered fish and chips and a pork dish. The fish was very oily. The pork was okay but the portion was small. The food took about 50 minutes to come out. Customer service was slow and no one asked how the food was. Overall it was an average experience.

Awesome food. Pork belly was tender and juicy and the apple sauce was so well balanced. The snapper was cooked to perfection. Arguably the best cheesecake I've ever had. There was a wonderful bit of theater, watching the chocolate bomb melt from the hot chocolate sauce being poured over it. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, 100% deserved her tip. Definitely recommended and will be back to try more dishes.

The restaurant was great! It's perfect for kids, and they have a good wine and drinks selection. The food was tasty, and the portions were a good size for the price.

I lived in Chicago for 9 years and ate at a few Michelin-star restaurants and this little gem compares in food quality and presentation. I had the lamb and it was seasoned perfectly and cooked to perfection, medium. A little crunch on the outside and juicy in the center. The accompanying sides were delicious as well. My favorite was the potato fritter with a mint sauce for dipping. And I had to experience the chocolate bomb. Note: it takes about 15 minutes to prepare this dessert but it is so worth the wait. Yes, it blew my mind with the combination of flavors. The service was good as well. It's a relaxed dining atmosphere with a bar and a few televisions. It looks like it has a good selection of breakfast items as well. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
