KFC Windsor Park

Just walked out. Ordered a 2 piece chicken with gravy and chips for dine in. No serviettes and no spoon, ordered one piece chicken regular and the other spicy, they were both regular. Asked the front desk for serviettes, they said there were none, eventually a customer handed me serviettes. Had to use my chips as a scoop to eat my gravy. Didn't want to kick up a fuss as the place started to get busy and put uneccessary pressure on staff. Not cool

I got the 5-piece Original Recipe chicken, but two were ribs, one was breast, one drumstick, and one super tiny wing — seriously, the smallest ever! I thought it should be one of each part.Except for the drumstick and wing, the rest were so tough to bite. Honestly, this meal was quite a letdown.

After placing my order, paying was told will need to wait 20 mins for my food. When i question why i wasn't told earlier......excuses then.....we just realized we only had smaller chicken pieces....told then i will be back after 30 mins....need to run an errand....came 40 mins later....some BS about not makong the food time i come....bit bag was ready...no sense in anything being said.....guess they used to BSing their way through life. Some of the piece i got were small.....after majing me late....out of 10 pc...only 3 were big.

Chicken was smaller than my finger. They also desperately need to hire a cleaner to clean all public seating areas properly bc walls and ground is sooooo dirty

No seasoning on anything in the zinger box meal and chicken looked like it had been cooked a long time before I ordered. Yuck as. Will follow up if I get diarrhea
