KFC Windsor Park

Very poor experience at KFC Windsor Park.nnTwo out of three kiosks were already broken. I paid successfully, but the store never received my order. I explained the situation to the staff, but the front counter lady just kept telling me to wait without properly checking or giving any clear answer.nnAfter waiting another 15 minutes, the manager finally told me the kiosk had actually been broken since the morning. If they already knew it was faulty, why was it still being used and still accepting customer payments?nnWhat made the experience worse was the lack of urgency and communication from the staff. It honestly felt like nobody really cared about the customer experience or the fact that customers were wasting their time waiting for orders that would never arrive.nnIn the end, I had to place the order again manually and pay again. Completely unacceptable service and very disappointing management.

This KFC branch is seriously something nnWe once ordered 2 Give Me Fives, one Original and one Hot & Spicy. but they gave us 2 Originals. We paid extra to upgrade to Hot & Spicy! nnAnother time, we ordered a Wicked Feast and they forgot to give us the 6 Wicked Wings altogether!!nnI’ve also complained about the wing sizes before. Some were ridiculously small, almost the size of a fork, and the chicken was quite oily. After seeing other reviews mentioning the same issue, I guess it’s not just us.nnQuite disappointing.

I highly recommend this restaurant without hesitation. The customer service is exceptional, and the food is prepared and served promptly. Every staff member is welcoming, professional, and attentive to customers’ needs, especially Tanu. Sager .Hardip. Dolly, Rutuja, Marcta, and the young male manager working today. Their friendly smiles and warm hospitality consistently create a pleasant dining experience.nnThe restaurant is also in an excellent location, with convenient parking available directly outside. The upstairs seating area provides a quiet and elegant atmosphere, while the downstairs dining area is comfortable and convenient for all customers, including students.nnOverall, this restaurant delivers outstanding service and a wonderful dining environment. I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive dining experience.

Not recommend and never comeback again. Food so strong and get cold . Change food and not same quality like Burger chicken instead of cold chip ???

ordered through the website, actual pick-uptime being delayed more than 25+mins, had to wait in the shop. Bad experience, missed my order.nThe manager and staff showed no signs of remorse.nThe customer service definitely needs significant improvement.
