Paper Bag Princess

During my browsing I overheard the employee working at the time helping a woman with choosing shoes. Although the woman didn't find what she was looking for, the employee did a marvellous job making her feel special and good about herself. I'm letting everyone know that The Paper Bag Princess has incredible customer service!

I went in to do a shop for myself and the staff there was amazing and I found some great deals and was very please with my items. I would recommend this shop 100%. I will for sure be doing more shopping there.

Little bit pricey but staff are lovely and the clothes are in good condition and the half price option is good value

Had a great time there with a friend. At first it looked like we weren't going to have any luck in our clothes search, but after ten minutes of digging we found some gems. The prices are very reasonable, priced close to their actual value of a second hand garment. It's hard to find second hand clothing stores that have decent pricing. Nice staff also.

Very good value for money with a large selection. Everything neatly presented and easy to find whatever it is you're after. Excellent location in downtown Auckland with plenty of nearby cafes and other eateries nearby for after your shopping. Staff also friendly and helpful.
